America super-efficient solar cell conversion efficiency of up to 42.8%

The “super-efficient solar cells (VHESC)” research project by the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) funding, aimed at the development of practical portable solar battery charger. DuPont has formed a joint University of Delaware VHESC Development Group, plans to promote the product as the battery from the laboratory to industrial manufacturing prototype stage.
